SATURDAY, OCTOBER 24th
WELCOME TO COSTA PALMAS
7:30 PM | Welcome Dinner at The Nursery
Join us for dinner, tequila and a live band as we kick off the weekend under the Baja stars.
After dinner, we’ll keep the night going with drinks at the speakeasy Chiki night club.

SUNDAY, OCTOBER 25th
FAMILY NIGHT
7:00 AM – 11:30 AM | Breakfast at Milos Restaurant
Free time for activities.
Optional lunch at Delphines (open Wed - Sun) via water taxi
7:00 PM | Lucha Libre Dinner
A fun Mexican evening for the whole family with tacos, drinks and a DJ on the 13th hole of the golf course.
There will be a separate “kids section” with games and kid’s club counselors.

7:30 PM | Beach Pavilion
Join us on the beach for Naveen’s 50th birthday — a private celebration with cocktails, dinner, music, and dancing.

TUESDAY, OCTOBER 27th
HASTA LUEGO
One last breakfast and goodbye before heading home.
7:00 AM – 11:30 AM | Breakfast at Milos Restaurant
10:00am -Group Shuttle leaves from the hotel lobby for airport.
GETTING THERE
The resort is a 45 minutes drive from the SJD airport.
We’ll have a group shuttle departing SJD Los Cabos International Airport on Saturday, October 24th at approximately 1:30 PM to take guests to the Four Seasons Costa Palmas.
For the trip home, our group shuttle will depart from the Four Seasons lobby at approximately 10:00 AM on Tuesday, October 27th for SJD airport.
If your flight schedule doesn’t align with the group transfers, additional airport transportation or Taxi service can be arranged directly through the Four Seasons.

POOL + BEACH
With seven pools throughout the resort and two miles of swimmable beach along the Sea of Cortez, there’s no shortage of places to spend the day.
Choose from the adults-only East Cape Pool, family-friendly pools, quieter secluded spots, or head straight to the sea.
ACTIVITIES
A quick note for the ladies — many events will take place outdoors on sand, gravel or uneven surfaces, so please leave the stilettos at home. Block heels, wedges, flats and sandals will all work well.
Evenings in Baja can be breezy, so a light layer is always a good idea.
